Murder Mystery Dinner

1st course

Texas Vineyard Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella cheese, local heirloom tomatoes, micro basil drizzled with a Champagne Honey vinaigrette and balsamic reduction.

2nd course

Texas veal cutlet, breaded with panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, pan roasted and served with fingerling potatoes, estate arugula, roasted cherry tomatoes and topped with a Chenin Blanc caper butter sauce.

3rd course

Blueberry Crème Brulee

Dinner in Rio

1st course - Feijoada

Stewed black beans blended with Merlot and pork sausage served with rice pilaf, orange zest, red bliss potatoes and topped with pork cracklings and shaved baby kale.

2nd course - Churrasco

Texas flank steak marinated in cumin, estate parsley, Worcestershire sauce and fire roasted, served with black eyed pea fritters and drizzled with a Merlot BBQ sauce. Served with farofa.

3rd course - Brulee Banana Pâté

Harvest Cellar Tour & Dinner

1st course

Estate Caesar Salad – Local romaine lettuce tossed with herb baked croutons, shaved parmesan cheese and Chardonnay Caesar dressing. Topped with a crisp parmesan tuile and estate grape tomatoes.

2nd course

Grilled Texas Filet of beef topped with gorgonzola cheese, Merlot demi glaze and served with whipped new potatoes and haricot verts.

3rd course

Persimmon Panna Cotta topped with candied pecans and vanilla whipped cream.

Ravenwood Masquerade
Murder Mystery Dinner

1st course

Jumbo lump crab meat blended with estate vegetables, rolled in panko bread crumbs and pan roasted. Served with estate mixed greens and a Gewürztraminer chipotle aioli.

2nd course

Braised Texas short rib, served alongside a garlic potato puree and sautéed estate asparagus. Drizzled with a Cabernet Sauvignon au jus and topped with micro arugula.

3rd course

Shortbread cookie topped with a strawberry Glory marmalade, fresh whipped cream and estate mint.

1st course

Sliced local cantaloupe shingled across estate romaine lettuce and topped with Sauvignon Blanc pickled sweet peppers and minted yogurt.

2nd course

Blackened Texas strip steak served with mashed red skinned potatoes, local summer squash and topped with Texas Gulf shrimp and a Chardonnay lemon cream sauce.

3rd course

Local peaches poached in Angel Riesling, dusted with cane sugar and torched to a crisp served with fresh whipped cream and candied mint.
