What would you serve with a spicy Thai dish like mild seafood with a coconut milk?

A classic pairing with spicy Thai food is Muscat Canelli. The Muscat has a natural peach, apricot flavor that beautifully complements the spicy Thai flavors. Most people recognize the flavor of Muscat from tasting Asti Spumante. Asti Spumante is an Italian sparkling wine made from the Muscat Canelli grape. 

The Messina Hof Muscat Canelli has the same wonderful peach, apricot flavors as the Asti Spumante but without the bubbles. In this style the wine is called a still wine.
