Messina Hof, the fastest growing award winning winery and resort in Texas, is grillin and chillin for the July 2010 month-long event featuring four grill specials at the Vintage House Restaurant.

Summer is the perfect time for grilling, but instead of melting over an outdoor grill in the Texas heat, the chefs at the Vintage House Restaurant will do the work for you. 

Whether grilling a Texas rib eye or an assortment of seafood, this method of cooking brings out the distinctiveness and character of any cuisine. Along with the traditional Vintage House menu and award-winning wines, Messina Hof will be featuring four mouth-watering dishes for guests to enjoy for dine-in or take out.

July Grill Specials:

-Skewered Grilled Quail Breast with Messina Hof’s own Gewurztraminer Raspberry chipotle sauce over parmesan risotto.

-Grilled 12oz Texas Rib eye with a Port reduction, loaded baked potato and vegetable.

-Grilled Salmon with Messina Hof’s Tex-Zin BBQ sauce, jasmine rice and vegetable.

-½ Rack Baby Back Ribs with Messina Hof’s own roasted garlic Cabernet BBQ sauce, baked sweet potato and vegetable.
