Chardonnay Pairings

Tonight we had veal and wanted to drink our Private Reserve Chardonnay. 

I decided to create a Lyonnaise sauce by blending the Espagnole sauce with chopped onions, parsley and some of the Private Reserve Chardonnay to taste.
