Texas Wine Experiences
The Estate Winery offers a number of wine experiences for you to enjoy during your visit. With six styles of wine tastings, seasonal food and wine pairings, and cellar tours, there are so many ways to experience Texas wine.

Spring is here, which means it’s time for the Spring VIP Member Bash! Join us Sunday, March 8th at the Estate Winery for this members-only celebration filled with wine tastings, live music, food vendors, giveaways, and more.
Member tickets are free and include a commemorative glass, one food item, one glass of wine, and three tastings. Members may bring up to six guests for $25 each, and Under-21 tickets are complimentary.
Enjoy additional bites from food vendors and the Vintage House food tent, plus optional ticketed experiences like Sips & Sliders (11 AM–2 PM) and the “Wine Cup” Food & Wine Pairing with Paul and Karen Bonarrigo at 12 PM in the Estate Barrel House.

Step into the kitchen and be among the first to experience The Culinary Workshop at Messina Hof, a brand-new hands-on class designed to bring people together through great food, wine, and shared moments. This interactive sushi workshop is ideal for date nights, friends, and anyone looking to enjoy a relaxed evening centered around cooking, connection, and creativity.
The experience begins with a live demonstration by our Executive Chef, who will introduce the fundamentals of sushi making, from ingredient selection to approachable rolling techniques. The welcoming, social format makes it easy to settle in, learn something new, and enjoy the process, whether you arrive with a partner or on your own.
Following the demonstration, guests proceed to a guided, hands-on cooking session, where you will craft two handmade sushi rolls of your own using fresh ingredients and chef-approved methods. Cooking side by side encourages conversation and collaboration, while our culinary team remains available throughout the workshop to offer tips, answer questions, and help you perfect each roll.
Dinner and a thoughtfully selected glass of wine are included, allowing you to enjoy your creations in the moment while the pairing complements the flavors of the sushi without overpowering them. The evening is designed to feel unhurried, inviting, and just indulgent enough.
At the end of the workshop, you will take home the two rolls you created, along with new skills and memorable moments from the kitchen.

🍾Step back into the cellars of history with a wine experience inspired by the bottles America’s founding fathers enjoyed at their own tables. Owner and Winemaker, Paul M. Bonarrigo, connects modern palates to the origins of American wine culture. Only available in Ultimate Packages.
Grape Stomp Competition
The Grape Stomp Competition is a separate event and is a ‘per team’ purchase. Only one pass is needed per teams of 2-4.
Seating can be limited, so we encourage guests to bring chairs and/or blankets. Tents are not allowed as they can impact the experience of other guests.

Recommended Attire
