Available Event Space
With a maximum capacity of approximately 200 guests across the entire facility, Messina Hof Grapevine Winery has six different event spaces throughout the building you can rent for your next private or corporate event. We request a two-hour minimum for all events, and you will enjoy the following amenities as part of your rental rate:

Winery
You can literally book our entire Grapevine winery for your special event, and we’d love to shower you with Messina Hof hospitality.
Event Floor
With capacity for 72 seated guests (or 120 cocktail style), you can rent the entire floor for the ultimate exclusivity.
Messina Room
Accommodating up to 24 people for a seated meal, this charming room has abundant natural light and overlooks Main Street & Liberty Park. A great space for intimate dinners, lunches, engagement parties, and showers, this room is also perfect for your intimate wedding ceremony. Additionally, our Messina Room can open up to combine with our Hof private event room for extra added space.
Hof Room
This room can accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated meal. Featuring a ceiling-mounted projector with a large screen for various presentations, it also boasts lots of windows for natural light and a view that overlooks Liberty Park. You can combine the Hof Room with our Messina Room to create a large open room that can accommodate up to 64 guests for a seated meal or a large cocktail style party for up to approximately 90 guests.
Wallis Room
This room takes you back to the late 1800s with vintage-looking wallpaper and old world “gas” lamps. It can hold up to 24 guests for a seated meal, and you can rent a flat-screen TV for viewing or presentations. The welcome space features lots of natural light and views of downtown Grapevine! The Wallis Room can also be used as a Bride’s Room for weddings.
2nd Floor Veranda
The best place to be on Main Street Grapevine! This 2nd-floor balcony is the perfect spot for you to pop the big question, enjoy some people-watching, or simply mingle over a glass of our award-winning wine. Bistro-style seating with love seats and umbrellas make it a fun space for gatherings. You can rent this outdoor area for private use in conjunction with our other event rooms. Imagine your guests relaxing while taking in the sights of Main Street!

Holiday Corporate Cocktail Event

Private Tour and Tasting with Dinner
At this fun and informative tasting and dinner, you and your guests will learn about our Texas wine history. After being greeted with a flute of our Texas Sparkling Brut, domestic and imported cheeses, and fresh fruit, your party will enjoy a 3-course plated dinner paired with our wines. With each course, our sommelier will talk about each individual wine and the magic of pairing. In the final segment of this 3-hour event, your guests will visit our production room for a final tasting straight from the tanks or barrels!

Everyone’s a suspect, as you enjoy a great night of mingling, team building, and accusing. Your dinner will be incorporated into your murder mystery game, and the night will conclude with a fun awards ceremony!
