Our Daytime Harvest is very family-friendly! This event is held Saturday morning where kids can enjoy grape picking (or grape eating), grape stomping, and glasses of sparkling grape juice. Add on a brunch pass for them to enjoy breakfast!
When is daytime harvest brunch served?
For guests with the Harvest Plus Pass, the Harvest brunch will be served at the end of all activities. You will pick and stomp before ending your morning with a brunch box and mimosa bar.
Do we actually make wine from the stomped grapes?
Yes! We make our Hill Country Port from the grapes stomped at Hill Country Harvest Festival. These grapes go through a unique fortification process called sequential inoculation that leads to a high alcohol content and kills any potential bacteria that may have been introduced during stomping.
When will the Port be released from the grapes stomped?
Our Ports are aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years, but could age up to four years, before they’re released to the public. Keep an eye out on our social and newsletter for new wine releases!
